How many people can stay in the rooms and cottages?
Four cottages provide 26 sleeping places and four Harmony Rooms provide 12, making 38 in total. Listed capacities include extra mattresses.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The Business Profile lists check-in at 11:00 AM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Day Delight instead ends at 7:00 PM. Refer to your package and confirmed booking.
Is the pool included?
The six listed packages include the swimming pool. Access remains subject to the agreed package and operating rules; confirm the details for your booking.
Is breakfast included?
Day Delight, Royal Retreat and Family Escape explicitly exclude breakfast. The wedding packages do not specify breakfast; ask before booking.
Can we arrange catering?
Full food and service catering is available as an option. A kitchen included in a package does not automatically include catered meals. Request a food quote.
Can we reserve the whole property?
Royal Retreat is described as complete private property. Family Escape uses the same phrase but lists only four Harmony Rooms; confirm exactly which spaces are exclusive.
Does submitting an enquiry reserve my date?
